These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 7zzz (the "Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7zzz website, games, betting markets, promotions, and all associated services. These T&C are written in English, and English shall be the governing language of this Agreement in the event of any dispute arising from a translation.
By accessing 7zzz, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling in your jurisdiction, and that you agree to be bound by these T&C, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules published for specific games or promotions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the 7zzz platform.

Eligibility and Account Restrictions
Clause 1.1
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on 7zzz and to use any of its services. 7zzz operates a strict age verification process. Providing false information regarding your age during registration constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities. 7zzz reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a National Identity Card, passport, or equivalent government-issued document — from any player at any time.
Clause 1.2
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7zzz. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7zzz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and retain all deposited funds and winnings across those accounts pending investigation. Players found to have operated multiple accounts may be permanently banned from the platform.
Clause 1.3
Jurisdictional Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before using 7zzz. 7zzz does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended or terminated upon discovery.

7zzz is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. All new account registrations are subject to age verification checks. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending verification.
Account Registration and KYC Verification
Clause 2.1
Accurate Registration Information
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account on 7zzz, including their real full name, date of birth, and mobile number. Players must update their account information promptly if any of these details change. 7zzz is not liable for any losses or delays caused by a player providing inaccurate or outdated account information.
Clause 2.2
KYC Document Requirements
7zzz reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification documents from any player at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), a recent proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. KYC verification is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not optional for withdrawal requests above ৳5,000.
Clause 2.3
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. All activity conducted through a player's account is the sole responsibility of the account holder. Players must notify 7zzz customer support immediately via live chat if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account. 7zzz will never contact players requesting their password, OTP codes, or payment PINs via SMS, email, or social media.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Clause 3.1
Accepted Payment Methods and Currency
7zzz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 7zzz charges zero fees on standard deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Any fees applicable for bank transfers are disclosed prior to initiating the transaction. All currency conversions, if required, are performed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
Clause 3.2
Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum deposit on 7zzz is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Wallet section of your account. 7zzz reserves the right to modify transaction limits with reasonable notice to players. Withdrawal requests above the standard daily limit may require additional KYC verification before processing.
Clause 3.3
Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer processing times may be longer, typically up to 60 minutes on weekdays and up to 4 hours on weekends and Bangladeshi public holidays. 7zzz reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for the purposes of fraud investigation, AML compliance, or KYC verification. Players will be notified of any such delays via their registered contact details.

7zzz will only process withdrawals to a payment account registered in the same name as your 7zzz account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw to an account held in a different name will be declined and may trigger an AML investigation.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
7zzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of opt-in. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on 7zzz unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms.
Clause 4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses on 7zzz are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement for each offer is displayed in the offer terms at the time of opt-in. Unless specified otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on 7zzz welcome and reload bonuses is 25x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.
Clause 4.2
Bonus Abuse
7zzz strictly prohibits bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets to guarantee withdrawal without genuine risk (bonus hedging), and sharing bonus codes with unauthorised parties. If 7zzz determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, 7zzz reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, recover any promotional funds previously withdrawn, and permanently ban the player from future promotions.
Clause 4.3
Promotion Modifications
7zzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the platform or by notification to their registered mobile number. 7zzz is not liable for losses resulting from the modification or cancellation of a promotion, provided that any wagering requirements already met by the player at the time of cancellation are honoured.
Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
Clause 5.1
Game Outcomes and RNG
All casino games on 7zzz use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that produce outcomes independently of previous results, account status, bet size, or any external factor. The RNG systems used on 7zzz are tested and certified for fairness by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcome results are final and binding once settled by the system. In the event of a technical error or malfunction that causes incorrect game outcomes, 7zzz reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes to the player.
Clause 5.2
Prohibited Conduct
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots, scripts, or exploitation tools) on 7zzz. Players must not exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities; any such discovery must be reported to 7zzz support immediately. Players found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts immediately suspended, all associated winnings voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities. 7zzz uses fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual betting patterns and other indicators of prohibited activity.
Clause 5.3
Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on 7zzz are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Betting Rules section of the platform. In cases where match events are incomplete, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules. Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time and accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. 7zzz reserves the right to void bets placed after an event outcome is already determined (late bets) or bets placed on clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system error.
Responsible Gaming
7zzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe gambling environment for all players. Account Suspension and Termination
Clause 6.1
Grounds for Suspension or Termination
7zzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice if: the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification; the player has violated any provision of these T&C; the player is found to have engaged in fraud, cheating, bonus abuse, or money laundering; duplicate accounts are detected; or the player is under 21 years of age. Upon account termination, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of outstanding fraud investigations.
Clause 6.2
Voluntary Account Closure
Players wishing to close their 7zzz account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support via live chat and requesting account closure. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance above ৳500 will be paid out to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. Accounts subject to active fraud investigations cannot be closed voluntarily until the investigation is complete. Players requesting closure under a responsible gaming self-exclusion should use the dedicated self-exclusion tool in their account settings for faster processing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7zzz and its officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 7zzz platform, including but not limited to: gambling losses, loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party failures affecting payment processing. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 7zzz makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these T&C shall exclude or limit 7zzz's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In any event, the aggregate maximum liability of 7zzz to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 7zzz account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments to These Terms
7zzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the 7zzz platform or by notification to their registered mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 7zzz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 6.2.
